So I'm finishing up this interior paint job on a condo, everything looks perfect with two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select, and the lady is happy when I pack up. Next day she texts me pissed that the color looks different in her lighting, wants me back for free touch-ups. I explained I matched the sample she picked, but she's acting like it's my screw-up. Been painting for 15 years and this crap happens every time with picky clients. Out here in Arizona the sun blasts through windows all day, changes how colors pop, but try telling them that. Anyone got a good comeback for this BS? Saw a similar rant in the Painters Lounge Facebook group last week.
