alright guys, been using QuickBooks for years but its a pain in the ass to sync with my jobsite stuff. switched to Jobber last month and its way better for quick quotes and payments, especially since i do mostly residential work. im up in minnesota and the cold weather means half my jobs are emergencies, so i need something that lets me invoice on the fly with my phone. no more waiting till im back at the shop to bill. if youre still on paper or that old desktop software, ditch it. anyone else using housecall pro? heard its good for scheduling too.
stick with jobber but integrate it with stripe for payments. cuts the processing fee to 2.9% and customers pay faster. been using that combo for two years, no complaints.
